We are hiring.
Our mission is to broaden access to quality mental health care by connecting passionate therapists to clients in our community. We believe that part of the way we achieve this mission is by creating career opportunities that support counselor wellness and professional growth. We are a values-driven company, and our goal for staff is to prioritize burnout prevention and never forget the heart-centered nature of our work.

We have a dedicated administrative staff who handle billing, scheduling, and all other administrative issues, while you focus on connecting to clients and providing effective mental health interventions. You have the option to work from home by telehealth or offer in person services at our offices, or develop a hybrid schedule. Whether you work from home or from the office, you are a part of the team and can easily connect with colleagues for peer supervision and consultation.
Enjoy work-life balance.
We want you to prioritize self-care in the same way we recommend to our clients. We offer flexible schedules and competitive session rates. Full-time employees qualify for a quarterly performance bonus and comprehensive benefits package including:
– Health insurance
– 401(k) employee contribution plan
– 401(k) employer match contributions
– Profit-sharing retirement contributions
– Paid sick time
– Paid family leave
Make a local difference.
By working in a small-business setting, you will be contributing to protecting the person-centered values of our profession. You get to connect to clients as people rather than as patients in a system or dollars in the bank. As a local business, we understand community needs, cultural dynamics, and local resources. You will be able to help clients feel seen and heard, and truly assist them in coping and adjusting to the realities of their day to day lives.
