We offer individual, couples, and group counseling and psychotherapy in person or online utilizing an integrated approach to assess and treat a range of mental health concerns.

Individuals
These are one-on-one sessions where we can explore issues important to you. We assess your symptoms, your strengths, and your goals, and we will agree on a therapeutic treatment plan. In weekly or twice weekly sessions, we will work on fully understanding your current life situation, plan what to do next, and learn new skills and ways of being that align with your goals.
Couples
Couples sessions are designed for partners to explore their relationship together. We assess your concerns and help you identify core issues and areas of hurt. In weekly sessions, we work with you on building communication skills, fostering understanding, and planning for the future.

Families
We do not offer family therapy services, but we support parents who have children or adolescents enrolled in care through structured parent sessions. These sessions are an opportunity for the parent to provide information about the minor’s symptoms, and learn from the counselor about the minor’s diagnosis and treatment plan, including how the parent can support their child in between counseling sessions at home.
Groups
Group counseling sessions are often focused on a particular concern, such as grief, recovery, or parenthood, or focused on a particular topic, such as mindfulness, compassion, or relationship skills. Meeting with others who are going through similar experiences can be extremely therapeutic. Groups are also a place to learn and practice new skills and ideas.
