Schedule an Appointment

To schedule an appointment, click “Schedule Now” to see counselor availability and select a time that fits your schedule using our secure client portal.

If you’re not sure which counselor would be the best fit for you, you can reach us during business hours at 516-256-9523 to complete a consultation with an available staff member.

After we receive your appointment request, we will reach out to you to discuss and answer any questions about fees and insurance and make sure you are able to complete all the required forms before your first session.

Please note you will be asked to provide a credit card to schedule, but if you want to use insurance to cover the cost of sessions, you will only be billed according to the terms of your plan and practice policies. There is a $75 late cancellation fee if you do not provide 24 hours notice to cancel a confirmed appointment.
