When scheduling via our website, you will see only a few providers available for consultation calls. Please note if you don’t see the counselor you are interested in working with listed as available for a consultation, they may still have availability for new clients!

During your consultation call, you can request to be matched with a specific therapist, or if you’re not sure we can make a recommendation. We will also be able to answer questions about fees and insurance, discuss your needs and goals, and schedule you for an initial session with your selected provider!

Please note you will be asked to provide a credit card to schedule, but there is no charge for the free 10-minute phone consultation. If you want to use insurance to cover the cost of sessions, you will only be billed according to the terms of your plan and practice policies.
